Logical Recruitment Partners are specialists in Sales and Contact Centre recruitment and experts in placing multi-lingual candidates. One of the key issues they have found within their business is establishing their own marketing message whilst being forced to spend on money on job boards to gain new candidates. They approached Unicus to re-align, working on the likes of social media and website to bring about a full, multi-lingual presence for candidates and also clients to see clearly and engage with them easily. There was a huge emphasis on candidate experience, a value they wanted to resonate with clients and prospects. We spent a lot of time with the LRP team, understanding their client projects and roadmaps respectively, before breaking down a full 12 month strategy.
