AAA Minicabs had a clear issue when they were referred to Unicus – their website was redundant in their local regions and focused on traffic from London – an area they didn’t cover geographically. As over 80% of minicab bookings are now made online, this was a focal part of their marketing strategy. Unicus created an initial content strategy to drive traffic from their local regions of Bromley, Beckenham and East Croydon. We also created local collaborations with local businesses. We put our development and digital teams to work on creating a clear customer journey and amplify the brand message.
